For customers who need to transfer their domain to a different owner, they can utilize the "Domain Transfer-Out" section on our billing portal at https://my.gtld.io. The portal will walk them through each step, including generating the necessary transfer authorization code.
If customers wish to move their domain to a new registrar, they can initiate this process by visiting the "Initiate Registrar Change" section at https://my.gtld.io. The platform provides a straightforward procedure, which includes obtaining the required EPP code.
If a customer no longer needs a domain, they can begin the deregistration process by accessing the "Cancel Domain" section at https://my.gtld.io. Following the provided steps will allow them to smoothly end their registration of the domain.
